Trolley Mounted Compressed Air Line Breathing Equipment with Cylinders, Demand Valves & Full Face Masks is intended to use by users to work in confined irrespirable, oxygen deficient atmosphere & in industrial application where high level of respiratory protection is required. The Trolley Mounted Compressed Air Line Breathing Equipment designed to use by single/two users. Confirms to IS 10245 Part Ill. The basic configuration of trolley Structure to accommodate two or four Cylinders with single or two hose reel drum, heavy duty rubber wheels with break arrangements.

MANUAL /ELECTRICAL / MANUAL CUM ELECTRICAL OPERATED BLOWER BREATHING AIR HOSE EQUIPMENT

The assembled breathing equipment provides respiratory protection to users to work in contaminated or oxygen deficient atmosphere. Ideally equipment is used for long duration work, maintenance work, rescue operations, underground areas where oxygen percentage below. Equipment supply air @ 60 LPM to work simultaneously for two users for long duration. Equipment confirms to IS 10245

Part III with Full Face mask confirms to IS 14166: 1994 & Body Harness with life line confirms to hIS 3521(Part1):2021.

PORTABLE PANEL MOUNTING AIRLINE SYSTEM

The Portable Panel Mounting Airline System having two variants i.e. with Particulate Media Filter (OMDPF:AS-1051) Or Coalescing Filter (MGF-1/2A-Ss) connected to Manifold having multiple outlet (as per customer requirement) for multiple users. The assembled system provides respiratory protection to users to work in contaminated or oxygen deficient atmosphere.

PARTICULATE MEDIA FILTER (AS-5000)
The Portable Panel Mounting Airline System is designed to be used with compressed plant air at a pressure of 4.0 to 8.0 Bar (60 to 120 PSI).
-OMDPF is used in line with Panel mounted system, filters oil, mist, odour, dust particles of particulate size more than 50: and supplies breathable air. Conforms Air quality to IS 9623: 2008

- Coalescing Filter (MGF- Micro glass fibre element) is used in line with Panel mounted system, filters oil, mist, odour, aerosols, and dust particles of particulate size more than 0.01 at the efficiency of 99.9% having minimum breathing resistance. Air Quality conforms to ISO 8573:1
- Panel Size (with Particulate Filter): 340x450x20mm or (With Coalescing Filter): 340x300x20mm

FULL FACE MASK (AS-0100)

The Full Face Mask is used when working in areas exposed to pollutants that harm breathing and your face. If the oxygen concentration is below approved levels then the Full Face Mask can be used in conjunction with a suitable breathable compressed ait/airline breathable air source.

Full Face Mask confirms to IS 14166: 1994. Double Reflex seal ensures leak proof sealing, Full Vision Visor permits natural field of vision with minimum distortion. Auto De-misting Mechanism, Adaptable to any face size and contour, Screw-in or Plug - in Connections, Adjustable Head Harness for quick donning. Efficient Speech transmitter Facilitates for good verbal communication via telephone, radio transmitter etc. Low Breathing resistance Maintained Minimal CO2 build up. SMOKE/FIRE ESCAPE HOOD (AS-0200)

Smoke/Fire Escape Hood with attached Twin filters which is Compact, light in weight and can withstand radiant heat as high as 927°C. This protects lungs, head, eyes and face simultaneously.

AIRLINE CORRUGATED TUBE (AS-0500)

The Airline Corrugated tube is an essential component in respiratory systems, where individuals require a continuous supply of clean, breathable air source to use Face mask in hazardous or contaminated areas when paired with Full Face Mask Airline System. It ensures the user breaths safely. Corrugated tube prevents kinking & ensures smooth, uninterrupted air flow that it helps to minimize breathing resistance and pressure drops. The flexible ribbed design of the tube allows for easier airflow reduces the effort to the user to inhale & exhale, allows for greater freedom of movement while wearing the face mask. Having Screw-in connection as per IS: 14138 part-I (EN 148-1:2018, Thread: RD40 x 1/7"). The Airline Corrugated tube is used in various Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Mining, Petro-chemicals & Laboratories.

CASCADE BREATHING SYSTEM (AS-0600)
The cascade system is a strong structure made of MS. This structure can hold multiple 47 Its. Cylinders in a row. The structure can be lifted by a crane and usually are installed on platforms for long breathing durations during shut-downs, catalyst change, or inert entries. 47 ltr /150 Bar, 6/8 Cylinders Duration: Min. 12 hrs. Without cylinder change. In case, h cylinder can be replaced without stoppage of work.

THE WALL MOUNTING FRP CABINET WITH AIR LINE SYSTEM (AS-1000)

The Wall mounting FRP cabinet with airline system & Filtered compressed air supply line via. Air Flow regulator, Corrugated tube connected to the Full face mask. The System gives high level of respiratory protection to users to work in contaminated or oxygen deficient atmosphere.

CHLORINE KIT (AS-1500)
Chlorine control Kit is a one piece design arrangement for mounting on 100 Kgs. Chlorine Cylinders developing leaks due to any reason.

It is made up of strong IS 226 powder coated Steel material which is to make it corrosion resistant and is fitted with side mounted anti-friction device and clamps.





OIL, MIST & DUST FILTER / OIL, MIST. DUST & PARTICULATE MATTER FILTER

OMDF / OMDPF are used in line with compressed airline breathing apparatus. It removes oil, mist & dust particles from compressed air line & supplies odour free & breathable air to the user. Low breathing resistance gives protection against harmful gases, vapours & particles.

The OMDF/OMDPF filters combined with Compressed air supply line, Air Flow Regulator & Corrugated breathing tube screwed to the Full face mask. The OMDF/OMDPF is designed to be used with compressed (plant outlet port) air at a pressure of 4.0 to 8.0 Bar, conformed to IS 9623:1980.

Oil, Mist, Dust Filter regular (OMDF) (AS-1050). Dust particle removal of particulate size more than 50.
Oil, Mist, Dust, Particulate matter filter (OMDPF): (AS-1051) Provides additional 0.3 yw particulate matter filtration.

The Air Flow Regulator combining with compressed air supply line & corrugated tube connected to the Full face mask gives protection against harmful gases, vapours & particles.

The Air Flow Regulator controls the flow rate of compressed air entering the system & it ensures that the user receives a steady and controlled flow of air at the desired pressure which is crucial for comfort & safety.

Padded waist belt provides cushioning and offer extra comfort to the user. The padding helps to distribute the weight evenly across the waist and hips, reducing pressure points and discomfort.

This is lightweight, ease of use, comfortable respirator Hood cover the wearer's head and neck. It ensures that wearer can move freely and comfortably while completing given task. It provides protection from hazardous chemicals, fumes and pesticides.

The respirator airline hood for use with supplied FRL or Air flow regulator or powered air purifying respirator. This system provides clean breathable air to the wearer. It can be provided with waist belt padding as per customer's requirement.
